PISA, FIRENZE, ITALIA December 19, 2006

Here we are another trip!!! This time Pisa and Florence, Italy... Just a little hint for those travels that are always fashionable late as I am always late if you have a passenger that needs a wheel chair or a Stroller for the little ones you get ahead of the line at airports and going through customs and such takes like no time!!! So the person this trip to be in the wheelchair was none other then Heather!!! Thanks to here wonderful acting skills we were able to get ahead of the line and a front row seat on the plane!!! All of those who have flown with Ryan Air know that you can't ride in the front seat because of some stupid law or something!!! Thanks once again Heather!!! But what is the one thing that you don't want to forget on a trip??? Your Camera!!! Yes we didn't bring one totally forgot I can't believe we did that but we did remember our video camera... Thanks to Tina and her memory card of 400 pictures she was able to help us out and take pictures for us!!! Thank you Tina!!! So thus begins our Journey to Pisa...
Sorry Mom and small children we had to take this picture in Pisa!!! Pisa unlike most of Italy is very clean and cheap to go!!! It was a great time!!! This was were the bus stopped us... Thanks to the Sister Missionary's that we saw getting of our plane and riding the same bus as us directed us in the right directions!!! Once you go to Italy and kinda understand How to use there bus system and trains it is then easy to get around!!
In Pisa they have street vendors... to bad Aunt Carol couldn't be there or she would have bought everything she saw because they are way pushy and in your face about selling to you!! But me being taught by the best Dad in the world to talk down prices I got a GUCCI purse yes I said Gucci original price is $1500, the street vendor wanted 60 Euros I got it for 20 Euros In dollars that is $26.20!!! SO the neat thing about these vendors is that they work for the company's making the purses and stuff... when no one is looking or whenever they get the time ( I don't know how they do it I never stole anything) they steal the purses and sell them on the street... so yes mine is an original!!! All the way!!!
So the wonderful train system that Italy has is great!!! We went from Pisa to Florence or Firenze... on the way through the country we got to see the beautiful all famous Tuscany was it that exciting... not really but the houses were AWESOME!!! Since I was so excited about riding the train I thought we take the time and show you how excited I was!!!

Once we made it to Florence, Italy has the best Ice cream oh I am sorry it is call Gelatto
we thought we take time out to eat it!!! JOSH LOVED IT!!! He was sold and told me that he would go back just for the Gelatto which means yes I could go shopping again!!!

This is Beautiful Florence we had to show you the market scene and us (Melissa, Austin Josh and Ang) taking our walk to enter Florence and get to shopping!!! Josh got a nice sweater and ties to add to his collection of Italy ties... Dad you know what that is about!!!

So when you go shopping they have these Beautiful Coats!! I had to try one on and this guy that is in the picture takes us to the coat store... more like dragged me and We thought we take a picture and he had his arm around me... Josh didn't like it too much!!! Hence his funny face!! But I so wanted that coat it was Fox fur and was 200 Euros which is $262.00 since we didn't bring that much I thought I take a picture and just remember how beautiful that coat was!!!

After our day of shopping we started to head back to the airport and got back on the plane back to England!!! Josh and I in the wonderful train waiting to head home... yes we all fell a sleep but our tummy's were full from the Italian food!!
On the way to the airport Tina thought she would take a picture of me with the new Gucci!!! Yes the Beautiful Gucci!!! It is a nice purse!!!
Finally on our trip at the Pisa Airport waiting to get on the 10:00 flight and since you have to pay to go to the Restroom in Italy it was .70 Euros or .91 cents so we all had to go to the Restroom or the Toilet as they call it in Europe they happened to have one of these wonderful Butt cleaners not at all what I thought a Bidet was going to look like and FYI it doesn't shot straight up it is more like a water fountain... Thus ends our trip to Pisa and Firenze!!! I highly recommend this trip to anyone who wants a great experience in Italy!!!! Plus the flights were really cheap!!!
